Multiply Ministries exists to link arms with ministry leaders and the local church so every person, everywhere has the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ through discipleship multiplication. We do this by inspiring, equipping, and multiplying ministry leaders to advance the Gospel through a great commission focus. We speak and train all over the country, one of the most important things we do is coach ministry leaders.

Many ask, “What does that look like and what do they get out of it?” We all need help maintaining focus on the main thing, which is to make disciples. As Pastors we must live out our calling in Ephesians 4:11,12. It's easy to get distracted, to be event and program driven.

In order to combat this, we focus on eight values found in the book of Acts that the early church and Jesus modeled and we brainstorm storm how we can inspire, equip and send the church to live on mission for Jesus! I often say I'm like the guard rails keeping leaders on the great commission roadway.

Soul care is another important aspect of coaching. We live in community together, sharing burdens, confessing sins, praying together, celebrating, holding each other accountable and more. Leading a ministry can be a very lonely place, it's so important to walk with like minded people who understand the ebbs and flow of daily ministry.

As we learn together how we can better shepherd the church, you can literally hear the swords clanking together as God sharpens us. Healthy leaders lead healthy ministries, we believe as we pour into ministry leaders and the values are implemented that the church at large will benefit as we work together to fulfill the great commission and great commandment.
