I'm excited you're checking out our website. However you got here I believe it's a divine appointment! I was a youth pastor for seventeen years before the Lord led me to leave everything and follow him and become a full time missionary to youth leaders over three years ago. The first eight years in my journey in this crazy world of ministering to students, I honestly didn't know what I was doing. I knew I wanted students to know Jesus and to experience him like I had. All I really knew was to have the students invite their friends and I preached every Wednesday and always shared the Gospel.  We saw many come to know Jesus, and along the way we started Bible studies, went to camps, mission trips, retreats, lockins, everything that I had seen done in youth ministry. There was always something off about how I was doing it, even though many people were patting me on the back. We were growing and seeing kids saved but the back door to our ministry was as wide open as our front door. As I was seeking God and asking him what I was doing wrong, he led me to Matthew 28:18-20 and Ephesians 4:11,12. Wait, I was supposed to be making disciples? Equipping my students how to share their faith? How to make disciples like Jesus did? How to defend their faith? How to pray? How to obey everything Christ had taught me? How did I miss this for so long?! As I continued to pray and seek help, I found Dare2Share Ministries whose passion is to help students share the Gospel relationally, then Sonlife Ministries whose passion is to help students make disciples like Jesus did. There were others along the way that had the same mindset and helped me so much. I changed the way I did ministry, I went from being the quarterback and began to coach my students to live on mission for Jesus by implementing 8 values from the book of Acts. It took time but our students started to understand that their school, co-ops ,homes and  neighborhoods, were their mission field and it was their job to reach their friends for Christ and to disciple them. After a couple of years of hard work, students started sharing the Gospel, before long some were saved and the students started discipling their new born again friends. It was their ministry, I was just training them, by inspiring them ,equipping them and sending them. I said all that to say this, my passion is now to serve youth leaders by walking with them to help them implement the values from Acts that I did. To actually live out Ephesians 4:11,12 and Matthew 28:18-20. To see a movement in our nation, that is spearheaded by young people.
